Employee email access.
Every Crest Group employee has a company mailbox at @crestgroup.ae. Sign in from any browser, or add the account to your phone using the guides below.
Open webmailTeam portal
Sign in with your full email address (you@crestgroup.ae) and the password issued to you. Tasks, projects, and shared documents — same sign-in as your email.

Phone setup
Add your mailbox to your phone.
iPhone — Apple Mail
- Open Settings, scroll to Mail, then tap Accounts → Add Account.
- Choose Other, then tap Add Mail Account.
- Enter your name, your full email address (you@crestgroup.ae), your password, and "Crest Group" as the description. Tap Next.
- Make sure IMAP is selected. Under Incoming Mail Server enter host name srv583309.hstgr.cloud, your full email address as the user name, and your password.
- Under Outgoing Mail Server enter the same host name, user name, and password (do not leave the password blank).
- Tap Next, wait for verification, then tap Save. Your Crest Group inbox appears in the Mail app.
Android — Gmail app
- Open the Gmail app, tap your profile picture (top right), then Add another account.
- Choose Other.
- Enter your full email address (you@crestgroup.ae) and tap Next.
- Select Personal (IMAP), enter your password, and tap Next.
- Incoming server settings: server srv583309.hstgr.cloud, username your full email address. Tap Next.
- Outgoing server settings: server srv583309.hstgr.cloud, require sign-in enabled, same username and password. Tap Next, then finish.

Mailboxes are created and managed by Crest Group administration. Contact your manager or write to info@crestgroup.ae.
